Overview
The small end of our range
This is a single machine, not a plant. At 2.1 x 0.85 x 1.25 m it fits in a normal bakery room and runs from a 220 V supply, which makes it the practical choice for a business that wants consistent cookies without building a new hall.
What it does
It forms soft and crisp cookies and biscuits at 20 to 120 pieces a minute, with pieces from 10 g up to 250 g. The wide piece-weight band lets one bakery make small bite-size cookies and large bakery-style cookies on the same machine by changing the forming setup. Chocolate-chip dough and other soft doughs are the typical use.
Build and operation
The machine body is 304 stainless steel, easy to wipe down between batches. It is designed to be simple to operate, so an operator can run it after short training. Baking is a separate step, so you pair it with an oven and trays, or ask us to quote a small oven and cooling conveyor with it.
Why not a full line
Output of up to 120 pieces a minute suits a shop, a small factory or a pilot batch. If your target is hundreds of kilograms an hour, our full biscuit lines are the right size and this machine is not.
Choosing a configuration
- Dough type and typical piece weight
- Pieces per minute you need
- Oven or tray arrangement
- Local voltage and plug type
- Spare tooling for extra shapes
We pack the machine in a wooden case for sea or air freight and send operating instructions with it.
Cookie machine compared with our biscuit lines
This cookie machine forms the dough pieces only. It is the starting point for a small cookie bakery, not a complete line. Pair it with an existing oven, or add an oven and cooling conveyor as you grow. Its 20–120 pieces per minute is a forming speed; baking and cooling capacity must be sized to match.
Our hard and soft biscuit lines, touch-screen biscuit line and wafer line are different. They include sheeting, rotary molding or cutting, a tunnel oven and a long cooling section, and are measured in kilograms per hour rather than pieces per minute. Choose the machine here when your product is a drop or wire-cut cookie and you want to start with a modest investment. Choose a line when you need laminated crackers, hard biscuits or sandwich biscuits.
Cookie dough with inclusions such as chocolate chips or oats needs a larger die opening and a slower feed. The die is sized to the recipe.

Frequently asked questions
Does the machine bake the cookies?
No. It forms the cookies. You bake them in an oven, and we can quote an oven and cooling conveyor with it if you need one.
Can it make different cookie sizes?
Yes, the listed piece weight is 10 to 250 g. Different sizes use different forming settings or tooling, and depend on the dough.
What power does it need?
It runs on 220 V. Other voltages can be built to order.
Can it make filled or sandwich cookies?
The base machine forms single cookies. Filled cookies need a co-extruder head and sandwich cookies need a cream spreading unit, both of which we can quote as options.
