Overview
A workshop that goes to the machine
Moving heavy equipment to a repair shop costs time. A mobile workshop reverses that: the tools, power and workspace travel to the site. This is valuable at mines, construction sites, farms and utility corridors, where breakdowns happen far from fixed facilities.
Built to the job
There is no one standard mobile workshop, because a mechanic, an electrician and a welder need different things. We start with the work your team does, then design the body: lockable cabinets for tools, a workbench with vise, electrical distribution, and storage for spare parts. A welding bay, air compressor, lifting crane or lubrication system can be added.
Chassis choices
The body can be mounted on a truck chassis or built as a trailer. The right choice depends on the roads you travel, the weight of the equipment and the legal rules in your country for vehicle weight and axle loads. We check these before finalizing the body size.
Power and safety
On-board power comes from a generator or a connection to the site grid. Welding needs ventilation and fire protection; cranes need rated lifting points and safe working zones. They are designed in from the start rather than added as an afterthought.
What the layout depends on
The layout follows the types of work, equipment list, chassis make and size or trailer requirements, road regulations, climate and expected number of crew. Our engineers then prepare a layout drawing and equipment list for approval.
Build and delivery
Bodies are built at our factory, tested for fit and function, and shipped. Any vehicle modifications must satisfy local registration rules. We support operator familiarization and spare parts supply.
From inquiry to quotation
The quote checklist below covers the details needed. Our engineers reply with a written scope, drawings or a specification, and a clear list of inclusions and exclusions you can compare against other options.
Fit-out by trade and running costs
The same chassis can serve very different crews, and the fit-out is what changes. A mining or construction service truck usually carries a welding generator, a compressor, a small crane and a lubrication set with grease and oil reels. A fleet or tire workshop leans toward jacks, impact tools, a tire changer and a compressor. An electrical crew needs a clean bench, test equipment and a stable power source.
Running costs come mostly from the chassis: fuel, tires and servicing. Inside the body, the generator and compressor use the most fuel and service hours, so size them for the tools you really run together, not the biggest tool you own. Keep heavy items low and near the axle so the truck stays stable on rough tracks.
Truck-mounted bodies suit crews that cover long distances; trailer-mounted ones suit sites where a tractor or pickup is already available. Most buyers pick the chassis first, then lay out the body around it.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build on a truck I already own?
Often yes, after we check its chassis size and payload. Send the make, model and specification.
Does the vehicle include a crane or welder?
Only if you choose them. Each item is listed in the proposal so the scope is clear.
Who handles vehicle registration?
Registration depends on your country. We provide drawings and technical data, and you complete the local approval.
Should the workshop be on a truck or a trailer?
A truck is faster between sites and carries the crew. A trailer costs less and uses a vehicle you already have, but it needs a suitable tow vehicle and a parking spot. Travel distances usually decide it.
