Overview

A shuttle, not a golf cart

This vehicle sits in our golf-cart category, but it is a larger sightseeing shuttle. Fourteen seats make it suitable for tour groups at parks, hotels and campuses.

Power and battery

The vehicle uses a 5 kW motor and a 72 V pack of six 100 Ah gel batteries. Gel batteries are maintenance-free, which lowers upkeep at sites without a service team. A smart charger is supplied, and the stated speed is 25–40 km/h.

Seat dimensions, overall length, range per charge, brake type and charge time are given on the drawing and quotation for your configuration. If any of these is decisive for you, ask for the specification sheet first.

Where to choose it

Pick the shuttle when you need to carry a group on one vehicle. If you need small, fast point-to-point trips, a 4-seat or 8-seat cart is more efficient.

Because this is a larger vehicle, check the road width, turning circles and slopes on your route before ordering. Set against the vehicle dimensions, they show whether a shorter model would suit the route better.

How to choose between our carts and shuttles

This 14-seat shuttle is the largest passenger vehicle in our cart range. The nearest alternatives are the 7–8 seat buggies (MM-GB8V and MM-GC8V), which cost less to run on short routes but need two vehicles to move a full tour group.

Choose the shuttle when a single guide-led group of 10 to 14 people travels together: heritage sites, resorts with a fixed circuit, factory or campus tours. Its 72 V gel pack suits regular daily service where batteries are not topped up with water. Choose the 8-seaters when groups are small, lanes are tight, or a lower first cost matters more than capacity.

The gas model (MM-GG400V) and the lifted carts (MM-GL6V, MM-GL8V) are for rough ground or sites without charging points; the shuttle is designed for paved or well-compacted roads. Route length, gradients and peak passenger counts decide the sizing.
