Overview

A gas cart for rougher ground

Electric carts are quiet, but they need charging and have limited speed. This 400 cc gas model is the alternative when routes are long or rough. Ground clearance is at least 300 mm, tires are 24-inch off-road type, and the stated grade ability is at least 25°. Both the tires and the clearance are the highest in the range.

Speed and brakes

Maximum speed is 50–70 km/h, so it works as a fast utility and sightseeing vehicle on private estates. Front disc and rear drum brakes handle stopping. The body is 3500 mm long and seats five to six people.

Certification

The cart is marked CE and EPA, and the documents match the final configuration when you order.

Before you order

Petrol carts live or die by servicing. Running a gas cart means oil changes, belts, spark plugs and air filters, plus fuel storage on site, so plan who will service the engine and which spare parts are available nearby. A first service kit such as filters and belts can be included in the quotation. Fuel quality matters, so check which grade is normal where you work.

Where it fits in the range

This is the only cart in our range that runs on petrol, and it fits a narrow set of jobs. Choose it for distance, speed and terrain: when there is no charging point, when you need to refuel quickly for long days, or when terrain and speed (50–70 km/h) are beyond what an electric cart offers.

The electric six-seaters (MM-GC6V for roads, MM-GL6V for rough ground) are quieter, cheaper to run and need less service. They are the better choice on shorter, flatter routes and for resorts and estates where roads are paved and charging is easy. The 4-seater off-road (MM-GO4V) offers a middle ground.
