Overview
What this line does
This line makes powder detergent by blending dry raw materials and packing the result into sachets. Raw materials are fed at a bag station, drawn by vacuum into the mixer, blended, and moved to a storage silo. From there the powder goes to an automatic packing machine, and a dust collector keeps the line clean.
The main sections
- Bag feeding station where operators open and empty bags
- Vacuum loader that moves powder to the mixer
- Horizontal plow-type mixer that blends the powder
- Screw air compressor for the pneumatic parts
- Finished-product silo as a buffer before packing
- Automatic sachet packing machine
- Dust collector connected to the points where dust is made
Designed for your formula
Powder behavior changes with the recipe: a light, dusty powder is handled differently from a heavy, sticky one. The mixer, the order of adding ingredients, the dust control and the sachet size must be designed with your formula in mind. For that reason, this line is a project design and not a catalog machine with one set of figures. Output, mixer size and packing speed are agreed per project.
Options and configuration
- Formula and bulk density of the powder
- Batch or continuous operation
- Mixer type and batch size
- Sachet size, film and closing method
- Dust and explosion protection needs
- Plant layout and site power
Safety and dust
Powders can be combustible, and dust control needs care. Dust explosion rules and ventilation depend on the powder and the local codes. We discuss these early in the project and design to your site requirements.
What this page does not cover
This is a dry-mix and packing line. A line with a spray drying tower or liquid detergent filling is a different process route and is quoted separately.
Compared with the candle molding machine
This page describes a complete powder-handling line, with feeding, mixing, storage and packing, while our candle machine is one machine making one product type. The line is sized by throughput in tons per hour and the packing speed of the sachet machine; the candle machine is sized by cavities and cooling time.
In practice the mixer and the packer must be matched. A mixer batch should supply the packing machine for a reasonable run, otherwise the machine waits for powder. A small formula change, for example a lighter powder or a more sticky additive, changes both the mix time and the packing speed. If you plan several pack sizes, each pack weight and the daily volume per size decide whether one packer is enough, or whether a second machine is a better fit.

Frequently asked questions
Can you design the line for my own formula?
Yes. We start from your formula and your output, and design the mixing, conveying, dust control and packing steps to suit.
Is spray drying included?
No. This line is a dry-mix route. A spray drying tower is a different route that we can discuss separately.
How is the line shipped?
We ship machines in containers, grouped by section, with a list and drawings so that installation is easy to plan.
What must I prepare on site before the line arrives?
A flat, dry floor with room for the silo height, a power supply matching the motor data we send, and space for the compressor. Dust extraction needs a duct route to the outside or to a filter room.
