Overview

Eight seats on a proven 48 V system

This cart uses the same 48 V 5 kW drive system and battery pack as our 4-seater, stretched to a 4640 mm body for seven or eight passengers. For operators, that means common spare parts across a mixed fleet.

Power, range and charging

Six 8 V 150 Ah lead-acid batteries supply the pack, with a smart charger. The stated range is at least 90 km, top speed is 25–30 km/h and a full charge takes 7–9 hours. Grade ability is 15–20°, so it handles typical resort ramps but not steep service roads.

Charging

This cart charges from a plug-in smart charger and has no solar equipment. If you want a solar roof or charging station, we can discuss it as an option, but it is not part of this specification.

When to choose it

Choose this model for group tours on flat or gently sloping routes. For raised ground clearance see our lifted models, and for even larger groups see the 14-seat shuttle.

Fleet buyers often run both 4-seat and 8-seat carts on the same site. We can quote mixed orders with the same charger type and controller family, so your team handles one charging routine and one set of manuals for every cart.

When to choose the 8-seater over our other group carts

The 8-seater (MM-GC8V) uses the same 48 V, 5 kW system and six 8 V 150 Ah batteries as the four-seater (MM-GC4V), stretched to 4640 mm. That makes it the cart in our range with the largest passenger space on a conventional drivetrain.

Compared with the 7–8 seat sightseeing buggy (MM-GB8V), it is longer and slower to charge, but it is also a cart that many fleets already know how to service, with common parts. Compared with the 14-seat shuttle (MM-SB14V), it is smaller, cheaper and easier to park.

Choose it for resorts, hotels, airports or campus routes with groups of up to eight and mostly flat roads. Where hills are steeper or roads are rough, the lifted buggy (MM-GL8V) or the lifted six-seater (MM-GL6V) is a better fit. Because the 4.6 m length affects turning, check the narrowest corner on your route before ordering.
