Overview
Made to ship in numbers
Sanitation projects often need many units at once. This cabin is designed to ship efficiently: eight units fit in a 40HQ container. A modular design and movable build let you place, relocate or re-use cabins as the site changes.
Structure and insulation
The frame is galvanized steel, which resists corrosion, and the walls are sandwich panels. The roof is built up from steel tile, a 100 mm fiberglass layer and a steel ceiling, giving a useful barrier against sun and noise. A sliding window with a grill provides light and ventilation; you can choose aluminum alloy or PVC.
Double cabin
The product is sold as a double portable restroom, with two compartments. Size can be customized, and layout and fixtures follow the order.
Documents
CE applies to this cabin. Other paperwork needed by your market depends on the destination.
Choosing it
Take the fixed cabin for permanent or long-term sites, and the trailer units when you need to tow between events.
Large orders
Large sanitation projects need repeatable units. For dozens of cabins, one specification covers the whole order (colour, signage and fixture standard), so every cabin matches on arrival. Fixtures can be squat or sitting toilets, urinals and basins.
Choosing the bulk-shipped double cabin
The steel-frame double cabin is designed for numbers. Eight units fit in a single 40HQ container, so a contractor building a camp, a school or a resettlement project can ship a whole block of toilets at once. Each cabin has two stalls, so one container delivers sixteen.
Compared with the color-steel cabin, which is a single, ultralight shell of about 90 kg, this unit has a galvanized frame, insulated panels, a thick roof and a lockable window, so it behaves like a small building. Compared with the restroom trailers, it has no wheels or water tanks and sits on a prepared pad connected to a drain. Freight per stall is lower than with a trailer, which is why large projects choose it. Make sure a forklift or small crane is available to unload the cabins. Plan the drain layout and water supply before the containers arrive, and assemble on a level base. Check the window grill and lock quality if the site is unsupervised.
