This machine is aimed at the products found in small sachets on shop counters: shampoo, detergent, gels and similar liquids. It forms a back-seal bag from CPP or OPP film, fills it and seals it.

A wide speed range

The stated range is 30 to 230 bags per minute. The wide span reflects different sachet sizes, fill volumes and product thicknesses. A thin liquid in a small sachet runs near the top of the range, while a thick gel in a larger sachet runs lower. We give you a realistic figure for your product before the order.

Film

CPP and OPP are common packing films for personal care products. They seal well and can be printed with the brand design. The sealing temperature and film path are set to your film specification.

Power

The machine runs on 220 V at 50 or 60 Hz, and the drive is electric. That makes it easy to site in a small factory with ordinary single-phase power.

A fast back-sealed sachet machine

This sachet machine packs shampoo, gel, lotion and similar liquids at 30 to 230 bags per minute on CPP or OPP film. The top speed is reached with multiple lanes and small fill volumes. The bag has a back seal, so it has a centre fin on the back, unlike a three-side sachet.

The single-lane liquid sachet machine in our range suits a first line and runs up to about 50 bags per minute. The multi-lane juice sachet machine uses a wider film and can reach a higher total count. The pneumatic paste filler is the choice when the product is very thick. This one sits between them: it is fast, and uses a servo piston for a clean dose of viscous cosmetic products.

Because shampoo can foam and strings from the nozzle, the nozzle design and cut-off matter. Product viscosity decides the right pump.
