Why a spout pouch

A spout pouch has a screw cap, so the customer can open it, pour and close it again. That makes it popular for juice, milk drinks, sauces and liquid refills. This machine fills the pouch through the spout and then puts the cap on.

How it works

Four filling heads work in parallel, which raises the speed compared with a single-head machine. Compressed air handles the movements and an electric drive handles the rest, so the site needs both an air supply and a 220 V or 380 V electric supply. The machine measures 2000 x 1800 x 1850 mm.

The capacity figures

The series offers capacity steps of 4000, 6000, 8000 and 12000 pieces an hour across the series. The 4-head machine is at the lower end of that scale in practice; what a four-head setup delivers depends on your pouch size and product, since viscous products fill slower than thin ones.

Liquids

Sauce, juice, drinks, milk and detergent are all listed. Detergent and food products should not share the same machine, so the machine is set up for the one you fill.

A spout pouch filler among our pouch machines

This machine fills pouches that have a built-in spout, such as baby food, juice, sauce or detergent pouches, and caps them. It is not a form-fill-seal machine: the pouches arrive already made. Four heads work in parallel for liquids and thin sauces.
