Overview

A light, compact sachet machine

At 350 kg this is the lightest machine in our liquid sachet group. A pneumatic drive and a 220 V supply keep installation simple, and the overall dimensions are made to order, so we can adapt the frame to your room.

What it does

The machine meters a set amount of product, fills the sachet, seals it and packs it. Films listed are plastic and composite film, which is the common choice for liquid and paste portions because it resists leakage. Suitable products include coffee, jam, sauce and similar ones.

Control

A PLC and an HMI touch screen set the fill volume and the cycle. Operators change the settings on the screen, which keeps the machine easy to run for small teams with limited technical staff. Pump, motor and gearbox are fitted according to the product.

How it differs from sister machines

It is the small, pneumatic one. Our multi-lane sachet machine is for volume; our eight-station rotary pouch machine is for stand-up pouches. This one suits a first sachet line, a short run or a product test, and it takes up little space.

Why choose a pneumatic filler

This sachet filler uses compressed air to drive the metering cylinder and the sealing action. It suits thick products such as pastes, creams, sauces and ointments, where a piston gives a more even dose than a pump would. It weighs about 350 kg, a compact unit, and uses 220 V.

As a pneumatic machine it needs a dependable air supply; plan a compressor that is large enough and a dryer so condensation does not enter the cylinder. Electric-drive sachet machines in our range, such as the single-lane and multi-lane versions, are quieter and faster but handle pastes less well.

Use this machine for small producers of pastes, chili sauce, ointments and lotions, and for trial runs of new products. For high speed, a multi-lane or a premade pouch rotary machine would be a better choice. Product viscosity, fill weight and film type decide the setup.
