Overview

Many lanes, one machine

A multi-lane machine makes several sachets in each cycle from one wide roll of film. The lane count runs from 1 to 16 and each lane runs 20 to 40 cycles per minute, so a 16-lane machine can make hundreds of sachets per minute. A typical multi-lane setup lands in the range of 200 to 300 bags per minute, and the actual figure depends on your lane count and bag size.

Bag and film

The bag size range is 50 to 180 mm long and 20 to 105 mm wide, made from film up to 900 mm wide and 0.07 to 0.1 mm thick. Those limits decide which products work well: single-serve juice, honey, sauces and similar portions. The machine is listed as suitable for irregular liquid and stick packs.

Operation

It runs on 220 V, fills and seals automatically, and fits in a 1860 x 1750 x 2800 mm envelope. The height needs a ceiling clearance of about 3 m, so check your hall before ordering.

Why choose it

Pick this model when volume per sachet is small and the target output is high. For fewer, larger pouches or for products that need a spout, choose a premade pouch machine instead.

Choosing a configuration

  • Product and viscosity
  • Sachet size and fill volume
  • Number of lanes
  • Film material and roll width
  • Coding or printing needs

We test the machine at our factory and send an operating manual with the shipment.

When one lane is not enough

This machine makes juice, sauce, honey or cosmetic sachets in 1 to 16 lanes from a wide film, up to 900 mm. Each lane makes 20–40 cycles per minute, so a 16-lane model packs several hundred sachets per minute. The sachet is small, from 50 to 180 mm long and 20 to 105 mm wide.

Compare it with our single-lane liquid sachet machine, which tops out near 50 bags per minute and has a smaller footprint. The multi-lane model costs more, needs a taller and wider room, and is harder to adjust. It pays off for a large beverage or sauce producer. Our shampoo and gel sachet machine reaches a similar count by running faster in one or two lanes with back-sealed bags.

Sealing consistency across all lanes is the main quality check, so jaw temperature and pressure must be even. We recommend starting with fewer lanes if your market is still growing. Sachet size, product and target output set the lane count.

Frequently asked questions

How many sachets per minute will I get?

Each lane runs 20 to 40 cycles per minute, so total output scales with lane count. The exact figure depends on your lane count and bag size.

Can it handle honey?

Honey is named in the product description. Thick liquids need a suitable pump and nozzle, which are matched to the product.

What film does it use?

Film up to 900 mm wide and 0.07 to 0.1 mm thick. Other films need a compatibility check.

Can I start with fewer lanes and add more later?

Yes, many buyers begin with 4 or 8 lanes. The frame and film width are made for the full set, so lanes can be added by fitting extra forming and sealing parts.
