Overview

A complete powder line, not only a bagger

The 4000 x 1400 x 2700 mm size tells you this is a line rather than a stand-alone machine. It includes a feeding stage, auger weighing, bag forming, filling and sealing in one layout. The long frame carries the infeed and the bag exit.

Servo control

Servo motors drive the film pull and the auger. This gives smooth, repeatable filling, and the bag length is set on the screen. For powders where small weight differences matter, such as coffee or milk powder, servo control on the auger is the main reason to choose this model over a mechanical one.

Capacity and bags

The speed range is 15 to 70 bags per minute, depending on the bag weight and powder. Light powders and larger weights run slower. Packaging materials include plastic and paper-based film. The machine weighs 700 kg and is described as low noise and energy saving.

Dust and hygiene

Powders create dust. We specify a dust hood or extraction point at the filling area and a sealed hopper where the powder is fine. Food contact parts are chosen to suit the product, whether food or industrial.

Compared with our other powder machine

Our 420 auger machine is a compact, fixed-bag-range unit for 500 to 5000 g bags. This model is a full line with servo control, faster for smaller bags, and suited to coffee, milk powder and similar precise-weight products.

A servo auger for premium powders

This VFFS machine measures powder with a servo-driven auger and packs 15 to 70 bags a minute. Servos on the auger and film allow quick setup, repeatable doses and easy recipe changes. It is 4,000 mm long and 2,700 mm high, and weighs about 700 kg.

The 420 auger powder machine in our range packs larger bags of 500 to 5,000 g and runs slower. This model is faster and suits retail packs of coffee, milk powder, cocoa and spices. The stick pack machine makes small single-serve packs. Compared with other form-fill-seal machines, its main advantage is accuracy on fine powder.

Coffee and milk powder are sensitive to moisture and oxygen, so many buyers add a nitrogen flush. Static and dust also need attention.
