Overview
What this press does
A roll-fed flexo press prints the fabric before it is cut and sewn into bags. The woven roll is unwound, pulled through the printing units where each color is applied in turn, dried, and rewound for the cutting line. It suits plants that make printed woven bags in volume, because the same roll can run for a long time without stopping.
The three versions
The series comes in 4, 5 and 6 color versions. More colors give better control over brand colors and fine details, but they also increase the length, weight and power of the machine. Choose the color count by the artwork you need to print, not by habit. Many plants start with four colors for the main brand work.
Printing performance
The figures above describe the series. Print width, repeat length and speed are limits, and the speed you achieve depends on the fabric, the ink, the artwork and the quality you demand. The printing performance is agreed for the exact configuration, including sample trials where useful.
Build options
- Number of colors
- Fabric width, weight and surface
- Repeat length range
- Inks and drying method
- Unwind and rewind arrangement
- Electric supply and plant layout
After-sales
We supply the operating manual, a spare-parts list for anilox rolls, plates and doctor blades, and installation support according to the contract. Your fabric and artwork shape the offer so that it fits your actual jobs.
Planning your plant
A printing line is more than the press. Plan space for roll storage, ink handling and the cutting and sewing steps that follow, and a layout of your plant helps to suggest the best position.
Compared with the label press and the finished bag
This press prints the fabric roll before it is cut into bags. A narrow-web press, such as the one on our other page, is made for labels, films and tickets on paper and film, and it prints on a much finer scale. Woven polypropylene is coarse, uneven and stretches, so a press for this cloth uses heavier tension control, coarser anilox rolls and long dryers.
If you buy the finished bag instead, see our sewn-bottom woven bag page. For choosing the version, count your colors first: each added color is another print station and another dryer, so a two-color brand mark runs on a smaller machine than a full-color design. Then check the repeat length against your bag length, since cylinder size sets the printed length. Artwork, bag size and daily meters decide the version.

Frequently asked questions
Which materials can it print?
It is built for PP and PE woven fabric rolls. For other materials, please send a sample or specification.
Is training included?
We provide operating and maintenance guidance with the machine. On-site training can be agreed in the contract.
Can it be linked to my cutting and sewing line?
Yes. The printed roll is rewound and goes to the cutting line. We can advise on layout and roll handling.
Can the press print both sides of the fabric?
A single pass prints one side. For two-sided print, the fabric is run through a second pass, or a second machine is set up in line. The design and your volume decide the better way.
