Overview

Operate from a distance

This carrier is driven by remote control, so the operator walks beside it or stands clear on a slope rather than riding. On narrow, steep paths that is a safety gain, and it lets one person load, send and receive the vehicle.

Hybrid power

A 48 V, 100 A battery runs the 1,200 W traveling motor, and a 5 kW range extender engine recharges it during work. The 8 L tank burns about 0.4 L per hour, which gives a long working day from one fill. In short runs the battery does the work quietly.

Carry and lift

The vehicle carries a maximum of 1.5 t on a hydraulic platform that raises the load by 1.2 m, helpful when loading from the ground to a truck bed or a terrace edge. It weighs 450 kg and works on slopes from 0 to 20 degrees.

Track width and colors

Track width is shown on the drawing that comes with your quote. Colors can be black, silver, red or white.

Safety in use

Remote operation puts the operator at a safe distance, but good habits still matter. Keep clear of the lifting platform, do not stand downhill of a loaded vehicle, and check the signal before every shift. A short safety sheet comes with the machine.

How the remote-control transporter differs from the dumpers

This machine is designed so no one rides it. A 48 V battery with a 5 kW range extender gives long working time, while a 1,200 W traveling motor moves a 450 kg chassis and up to 1.5 t of load. The hydraulic platform lifts to 1.2 m, which helps with loading trucks, shelves and terrace edges. The stated working slope is 0-20 degrees.

Our heavy-duty crawler dumper (MM-HCD22A) also carries 1,500 kg but has a diesel engine and a tipping bucket for bulk material. The 10 kW diesel dumper (MM-CD10A) and forward-tipping dumper (MM-CDF135A) carry smaller loads. The climbing crawler transport vehicle (MM-CCV) is the simpler cargo option.

Choose the remote-control model when risk to the operator is the main issue, such as steep orchard ground, narrow terraces or muddy slopes. Plan for line of sight, because radio signals can drop behind buildings and dense planting. Slope and path layout decide the platform size.
