Overview

For real loads

Our smaller crawler dumpers carry soil and crops in modest amounts. This one is built for a 1,500 kg rated load. A 22 kW diesel engine drives the tracks and the hydraulic pump, so it can haul building material, bagged produce or soil up a slope with some margin.

Chassis and size

The machine is 2.4 m long, 1.1 m wide and 1.3 m high, with a mass of 2,000 kg. That weight gives stability when loaded and tipping. Crawler drive gives good traction and low ground pressure. Core components include a pressure vessel, gear, gearbox and pump, and the hydraulic system is built in China; makes are per order.

Rated load

The rated load is 1,500 kg.

Customizing

Color can be changed to your preference. If you need a different bed, such as a flat deck, we can discuss it.

Shipping and handling

At 2,000 kg this machine needs a crane or forklift to load, and it ships on a flat rack or in an open-top container. We provide lashing points and a loading plan with the quote. On arrival, check hydraulic fluid and track tension before first use, and keep to the 1,500 kg rated load on slopes.

When to choose the heavy-duty crawler dumper

This model carries 1,500 kg on a 2,000 kg, 22 kW diesel crawler. It is the pick when the other crawlers are too small: long hauls of sand, stone or crop on steep, soft ground where wheeled vehicles slip.

The 10 kW mini dumper (MM-CD10A) carries a 0.4 m³ bucket on 500 kg and is better for narrow rows and daily farm hauling. The 13.5 HP forward-tipping model (MM-CDF135A) is lighter at 850 kg but has a rotating bucket. The electric 6 kW unit (MM-ECD6A) is for greenhouses. Our remote-control crawler transporter (MM-RCV15A) also carries 1.5 t, with a hydraulic platform and radio control for steep ground where the operator should not ride.

Check gate width and trailer or ramp access for the 1.1 m wide machine. Plan service for a larger diesel and hydraulic system, and note that load density and route slope decide bucket volume and track width.
