Overview

Compact and practical

At 775 mm wide and 1,600 mm long, this dumper passes between orchard rows and through ordinary gates. It weighs 500 kg and runs on tracks, so it works on soft or uneven ground without the damage a loaded wheeled cart causes.

Engine and hydraulics

A 10 kW (13.5 HP) air-cooled diesel engine drives the tracks and a hydraulic pump. Working pressure is rated at 16 MPa. The air-cooled engine avoids a radiator and its coolant, which is useful in dusty farm work and in hot regions. Engine make is per order.

Capacity and speed

The bucket holds 0.4 m3 and tips hydraulically. Walking speed is 4 to 8 km/h and the machine climbs 20 degrees. It also carries a 700 mm wide blade for light leveling.

This is the mid-size diesel dumper. Choose it over the 13.5 HP forward-tipping dumper if you need the lighter 500 kg weight and a smaller footprint; choose the heavy-duty 22 kW crawler for rated loads of 1,500 kg.

Care and maintenance

An air-cooled diesel needs clean air and regular oil changes, especially in dusty orchards. Keep the cooling fins free of mud and chaff. Check track tension and hydraulic hoses weekly. With these checks the machine can work through a busy season with little downtime, and we supply a spare-parts list for filters, belts and track wear parts.

At 500 kg and 775 mm wide, this 10 kW diesel is the practical midsize option. It has a 0.4 m³ bucket, climbs 20 degrees and travels at 4-8 km/h, so it fits between orchard rows and still handles a day of bag or soil hauling.

Our 6 kW electric crawler dumper (MM-ECD6A) is lighter at 252 kg and 700 mm wide, quiet and clean for greenhouses, but its battery limits run time. The 13.5 HP forward-tipping model (MM-CDF135A) weighs 850 kg, rotates the bucket up to 260 degrees and suits mud and building sites. The 22 kW heavy-duty dumper (MM-HCD22A) carries 1,500 kg on a 2,000 kg machine for long hauls.

Choose this one if you want diesel power without the size of the heavy model. Check path width, gate width and the steepest grade before ordering. Because the unit is air-cooled, keep the cooling fins clear of mud and leaves. Load and route decide the configuration.
