The two numbers that matter on a flow wrapper are the largest and smallest bag. This machine wraps bags from 45 to 330 mm long and 25 to 110 mm wide, so you can check at once whether your biscuit stack, wafer or cookie row fits.

What suits it

A sleeve of biscuits or a row of wafers is long and narrow, which is exactly the shape this machine handles. The long infeed conveyor, at 4380 x 970 x 1500 mm overall, lets you place products by hand or feed them from a cooling conveyor at the end of a baking line. Conveying, wrapping, sealing and labeling are all listed functions.

Build and power

The body is stainless steel and the machine weighs 500 kg. It runs on 220 V at 50 or 60 Hz with an electric drive, so a normal single-phase connection is enough. Packing speed is set from your target output.

How it differs from the others

The other models in our flow wrapper group are defined by speed (bars), servo control (soap and bread), large bags, or voltage range. This one is the dimension-led choice for biscuit and wafer packs where the stack length changes between products. Use the stated limits to decide.

This wrapper takes bags from 45 to 330 mm long and 25 to 110 mm wide. That makes it ideal for stacks of biscuits and wafer bars, which are long and narrow. It weighs 500 kg, is 4,380 mm long and has a stainless frame. It handles filling, wrapping, labeling, sealing and conveying.

Compared with the candy and cookie wrapper, the narrow bag range suits slim products. The bar wrapper covers a larger product range at up to 120 bags per minute. The large pillow bag machine is for items that are too big for this unit. We suggest this model when you pack biscuits from your own production line in sleeves.

Biscuits and wafers break easily, so the infeed matters: a gentle belt and well-set side guides reduce breakage. Moisture also matters. A film with a good barrier keeps wafer crisp.
