Voltage choice

Two supply voltages are listed, 220 V and 380 V. If you have three-phase power, the 380 V option is available; for a single-phase workshop the 220 V version applies.

Where it sits in the range

This is the all-rounder. It is not the fastest, and it does not have the servo adjustment of our soap and bread machine, but it covers candy, cookies and snacks in one machine with a durable build. Speed and dimensions are not fixed in the standard specification, so both are set from your target volume.

Who should buy it

Mid-size candy and snack producers who want a dependable wrapper in stainless steel for daily production. If your product range includes large or heavy items, check the large pillow bag wrapper instead.

This pillow packing machine is built in 304 stainless steel and wraps candy, cookies, and many other products in CPP or PET film. It handles 220 or 380 V supply and a wide range of dry products, including goods for medical, chemical and hardware use.

The lineup of flow wrappers differs by speed and product. The compact 7-inch touch-screen model is smaller and runs fewer products per minute. The bar and biscuit wrapper is longer and faster at 80 to 120 bags per minute. The large pillow bag wrapper takes long and wide products. The servo wrapper handles soft items such as bread and soap. This machine is the general purpose option for small, hard products where you want a versatile machine.

Film selection decides seal quality. CPP and PET films seal at different temperatures, so the jaw type follows the film structure and product size.
