Built for bigger packs

The infeed and the sealing jaws of this machine are sized for larger pillow bags. At 4500 x 1180 x 1590 mm, it is a longer and wider machine than our standard bar wrapper, and that extra size is what lets it handle bigger products or multi-packs.

Mechanical drive

The drive is mechanical, which makes it a robust and simple design. Mechanical drives need less electronic tuning, so a maintenance team with basic skills can service them. The trade-off is that bag length changes are done with mechanical adjustment, so this model suits long runs of the same product more than frequent changes.

Film and counting

It takes plastic or paper film, which opens options for brands that want a paper-based pack. The machine also includes counting, which is useful for multi-packs and for production records. Filling material is solid items.

For larger products

This horizontal wrapper is made for bigger pillow bags, with a 4,500 mm frame and a mechanical drive. It wraps solid products such as food or hardware in plastic or paper, and it has a counting function. CE applies to this model. It is built for 220 V.

In the flow wrapper range it is the machine for size rather than speed. The bar and biscuit wrapper is faster for small items. The servo pillow machine is better when product height varies. This one has a simpler mechanical drive, which is easy to maintain, though format changes are manual.

Paper films are stiffer than plastic and need different forming and sealing settings, so mention the film at the start. If you pack multiple items in the same bag, such as 6 bars at a time, a counting infeed helps.
