Overview

Wide voltage, small footprint

This is the flow wrapper to look at if your site does not have a standard industrial supply. It is listed for 110 to 240 V, so it runs on the household or workshop voltage used across many export markets without a transformer in most cases.

Hygiene and build

Product contact surfaces are 304 stainless steel, and all outer screws are stainless steel too, so there is little to rust in a wash-down or a humid room. The machine board is 4 mm thick, which gives a rigid frame and reduces vibration at speed. The film is loaded from the upper position.

Control

A 7-inch touch screen and a multi-color display show the status and the settings, and a remote function is listed for control. A pneumatic drive supports the movements, so a small compressed air supply is needed. Speed and overall dimensions are set against your product in the quotation.

Where it fits

We position it for bars: protein bars, energy bars and similar solid items made in small to medium volumes. A bar maker starting with one product line can run it on ordinary power, and move to a larger machine as volume grows.

The small flow wrapper for shops and start-ups

This compact wrapper has the film reel above the product, a 4 mm machine board and fully stainless outer screws. A 7-inch color screen and a remote control make settings simple, and a 110–240 V supply lets it run in many countries. The machine is driven pneumatically.

It is the smallest model in our flow wrapper range. Compared with the bar and biscuit wrapper at 80 to 120 bags per minute, it is slower but takes less space and is easier to move. The candy and cookie wrapper is made for continuous work in a bigger plant. Choose the compact model for a bakery, a candy maker or a contract packer that wraps varied small batches.

Because film runs above the product, the seal runs cleanly and the product does not touch the film before wrapping. Product size, packing material and speed decide the setup.
