Overview
What the line includes
A bottled water plant is a chain of five stages. Raw water is treated, bottles are made, bottles are filled and capped, then labeled and packed. We supply these stages as a coordinated line so that speeds match and the plant runs smoothly.
Stage by stage
- Water treatment. The process depends on your source (groundwater, surface water or municipal water) and its lab report. It usually combines filtration, softening or reverse osmosis, and sterilization.
- Bottle making. A stretch blow molder forms PET bottles from preforms.
- Rinsing, filling and capping. A combined monoblock machine rinses, fills and caps bottles in one cabinet, which reduces handling and contamination risk.
- Labeling and coding. Sleeve or wrap-around labels and date coding.
- Packing. Shrink film wrapping or cartons, then stacking for storage.
Capacity
Our reference line makes 6,000 bottles per hour. Other capacities, bottle sizes and automation levels are possible, and the actual throughput depends on bottle size, number of filling heads and how the stages are matched. Smaller semi-automatic lines are also available for start-ups.
Choosing a configuration
- Bottle sizes and shapes
- Raw water analysis and the standard the water must meet
- Output per hour and operating hours
- Factory floor space and utilities
- Level of automation
- Packaging format
Installation and drinking water rules
We design the layout, build and test the machines, and ship them. Our engineers support installation, commissioning and operator training. Meeting drinking water rules depends on your source and your local standards, which are reviewed in the proposal.
Compared with our other beverage lines
This line is a complete bottled water plant, from raw water to packed bottles, with a reference capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour. It differs from our carbonated drink lines because water is not pressurized with carbon dioxide. Filling is simpler, and the main design effort goes into water treatment and keeping the filling area clean.
Our PET bottled water filling machine is only the filler. It suits owners who already buy bottles and have a treatment plant. This line also includes bottle blowing, so it suits a new plant that starts with preforms. The decision depends on whether you make your own bottles, and on whether your source is borehole, surface or municipal water.
A lab report on the raw water decides the treatment steps, so please send it with your inquiry. Smaller semi-automatic lines are available for lower volumes, and larger lines can be configured for higher output.

Frequently asked questions
Can you supply a smaller line than 6,000 bottles per hour?
Yes. We build smaller and semi-automatic lines, and larger automatic lines. Output and cost depend on the bottle sizes and the stages you need.
Do you supply the water treatment?
Yes. The treatment plant is designed from your source water analysis and the quality you need.
What do I need to prepare before delivery?
A factory floor with suitable utilities: power, compressed air, cooling and drains. We send layout drawings ahead of shipment.
Do I need a water analysis before ordering?
Yes, we ask for a recent lab report. Hardness, salinity, iron, bacteria and turbidity decide filtration and reverse osmosis size.
