Built for fizzy drinks

Carbonated products need a filler that holds back pressure and keeps CO2 in the liquid. This line is set up for cola, soda, energy drinks and juice in PET bottles, with washing, filling and capping in one machine group. Stainless steel SUS304 or 316 is used where the product touches the machine.

Control

A PLC with a touch screen runs the line. Operators set the bottle volume and speed on the screen, and faults show on the same display, which shortens training time for a new crew.

Capacity

The capacity steps listed for this model are 4000, 6000, 8000 and 12000 bottles per hour. The top step for this model is 12000 BPH. Filling volume covers 200 ml to 2000 ml, which allows a single-serve and a family-size bottle on the same line with changeover parts.

Where it differs from our water line

Unlike a still-water line, this one needs a mixing and carbonating stage upstream and a pressure-rated filling valve. The quotation covers the whole path from syrup room to capper so everything is sized together.

The upper end of our carbonated range

This line is offered at four capacities in the series: 4,000, 6,000, 8,000 and 12,000 bottles per hour. At 12,000, filling heads and capping heads increase in number, and so does the footprint of the cooling and mixing equipment. The unit is a washing, filling and capping monobloc, with contact parts in SUS304 or SUS316 depending on the drink.

Our 7,500 BPH carbonated line is a fixed mid-size configuration. It suits owners who want a defined step between small and large. The PET water filling machine, by contrast, is for flat water and is simpler. Choose this series when you want room to grow, or when you need 8,000 bottles per hour or more.

Both the syrup room and the CO2 supply are decisive for quality. A syrup room, a carbo-cooler and a water treatment plant sit around the filling machine and need space and power. Flavors, bottle size and target hourly output set the scope.
