A still-water line

This is our straightforward line for water in PET bottles. The key figure is the fill level: the specification states an accuracy of +/-1 mm, which keeps the water line in each bottle consistent on the shelf. It suits mineral and purified water and is described as suitable for fluid liquid products in general, so thin juices and other free-flowing drinks can often run on it as well.

Bottle range

Bottle volumes from 200 ml to 2000 ml are covered. Changing from a small to a large bottle needs the matching change parts, and we quote these with the machine so the crew can switch sizes without waiting for spares.

Power and weight

The line is electric and listed for 415 V or 380 V. The machine weighs about 3000 kg, so the floor needs to take that load and the hall needs a clear route in. Capacity in bottles per hour is set from your target volume.

The water filler on its own

This is a filling machine for flat drinking water, 200 to 2000 ml. It does not blow bottles or treat water; it receives clean bottles and treated water and fills, caps and passes them to labeling. Its filling accuracy is 1 mm, and it runs on 380 or 415 V supply.

Compare it with our complete PET bottled water line, which adds water treatment and bottle blowing and is sold as a plant. Choose this machine if you already have a water treatment system and buy bottles. Compare it with our carbonated lines: those fill under pressure and have more complex valves. This one is simpler, easier to clean and cheaper to run.

Cleanliness around the filler decides shelf life. Plan a clean area, a closed air supply to the filler and a regular sanitizing routine. Bottle sizes, target output and water source set the scope.
