Where our other carbonated line gives you four capacity steps to choose from, this one is a single size: 7500 bottles per hour. That is a sensible volume for a regional brand serving a province or a country, large enough to supply many retail and wholesale customers without the cost of a high-speed plant.

What is in the package

The line is described as a full A-to-Z soft drink solution, so the quotation covers the path from water and syrup preparation through carbonating, filling and capping, followed by labeling and packing. We list each stage in the offer so you can see exactly what is included and what you already own.

Specifications

It is an automatic electric line with a stated fill accuracy of +/-1 mm and a machine weight of about 3000 kg. Bottle volumes from 200 ml to 2000 ml are supported using change parts. Three supply voltages are listed, 220 V, 380 V and 415 V, so it adapts to most grids in our export markets.

Is it the right size?

Do the sums with your sales forecast. At 7500 BPH and one shift, the line fills tens of thousands of bottles a day. If your plan is well under that, the 4000 BPH step of our other carbonated line is cheaper to buy and run. If you expect to exceed it, discuss a higher step now.

Fixed 7,500 BPH line versus the series

This is a fixed 7,500 bottles per hour line, with a stated filling accuracy of 1 mm in level. It accepts 220, 380 or 415 V supply, which makes installation easier in markets with different grids. Unlike our carbonated PET series, where you pick 4,000 to 12,000 bottles per hour, this line is a single defined size.

Choose it when your plan matches this output and you want clear delivery scope. Choose the series if you may want to change capacity before ordering. Compared with our PET water filling machine, this line fills under pressure and needs a mixer, a cooler and CO2.

Because carbonated drinks are sensitive to foam, we pay attention to the transfer from the filler to the capper, where gas loss can reduce quality. Bottle neck finish and cap type affect capper settings, so a sample bottle and cap help set it up correctly.
