Overview

Pick the number of heads

The main choice on this machine is the nozzle count: 8, 12 or 16. More nozzles fill more containers in each cycle, so the 16-nozzle version has the highest throughput, and the 8-nozzle version is the lowest cost and the smallest footprint. Filling speed in containers per minute is calculated from your container size and product.

A flexible filler

The list of liquids is wide: beer, water, milk, juice, soda, honey and other viscous liquids. Packaging can be jars, bottles or cans in metal or plastic. Thin liquids and thick liquids fill differently, so we tailor the valve and pump to your product instead of using one setup for everything. That makes this the machine to look at when your range includes both thin drinks and a thick product like honey.

Control

A PLC runs the machine, with a motor and bearing drive. Filling accuracy depends on the container and product and is stated in the quotation.

When to choose a different machine

If you only fill one size of can with a carbonated drink, our dedicated aluminum can filler is a closer match. If you need washing and capping in the same machine, look at our bottle washing-filling-capping line.

Choosing a configuration

  • Nozzle count: 8, 12 or 16
  • Container type, size and material
  • Product viscosity and temperature
  • Closing method: seamer, screw cap or other
  • Voltage and frequency

The machine is tested at our factory and shipped in containers.

Choosing the number of nozzles

This filler is offered with 8, 12 or 16 nozzles. More nozzles raise output, but they do not change the filling method, so choose by your target output and by how much floor space you have for the longer frame. It handles beer, water, milk, juice, viscous liquid, soda and honey in jars, bottles or cans.

Compared with our aluminum can filling machine, this is a more general filler. It does not include a can seamer, so cans need a separate seaming step. Compared with our PET water filling machine, it can handle viscous product and a wider range of container shapes, but it is not designed for very high speed water filling.

Because of the viscous range, the pump or piston choice matters most. Honey and sauces need heated tanks and wide nozzles; beer and soda need a pressure-capable filler. Product, container shapes and target bottles per minute decide the pump and nozzle choice.

Frequently asked questions

Which nozzle count should I choose?

It depends on your target output and container size. Daily volume points to 8, 12 or 16.

Can it fill honey and juice on the same machine?

Both are listed. Thick and thin products need different valve and pump settings, so the setup follows the products you fill.

What is its filling accuracy?

Accuracy depends on the container and product and is stated in the quotation.

Can it fill honey and water on the same machine?

It can, but each needs the right nozzle and metering. We recommend a separate tank and a cleaning step between them, and we can quote a setup for both.
