Daily use

Load prepared meal in the hopper, press, and let pellets cool before bagging. The machine is 1,180 mm long and weighs 90 kg, so it can sit in a feed store or a corner of a shed. A hammer mill and a mixer before the pellet machine give the best pellet quality.

Supply and options

Voltage is 220 V or 380 V or customized. The motor range in the series is 4.5-37 kW; the motor for 200 kg/h is matched to your power supply.

Hygiene and storage

Pelleted feed keeps better than loose meal if it is cooled and dry before bagging. Clean the die between species to avoid carry-over, particularly if you press medicated feed for one group. Store the finished pellets off the floor in a dry room. These routines matter more than machine size for the quality of feed your animals receive.

This version has a motor and gear drive, straightforward controls and a focus on operating safety. It is built for mixed livestock farms that press feed for pigs, cattle and poultry on site, and it is the better pick if your goal is dependable, simple daily feed production rather than flexible multi-product work.

The compact plant is specified with the option of floating fish feed in its description and suits small processors. For larger farm or biomass output, step up to the 15 kW ring die feed pellet mill (MM-RDP15A), which weighs 800 kg and presses ground forage and feed meal, or the industrial biomass mill (MM-BPM500A).

Ration, desired pellet size and local voltage should be settled before ordering. Wear parts are the die and rollers, so spare sets are worth having if the machine runs daily.
