Overview
Nitrogen on site
Air is roughly four-fifths nitrogen. A PSA generator separates it by passing compressed air through carbon molecular sieve beds that hold back oxygen while nitrogen flows through. Two beds work in turn: one produces nitrogen while the other regenerates. The result is a steady stream of nitrogen without cylinder deliveries or liquid supply contracts.
A compact solution
Our compact cabinet generators suit factories with modest nitrogen demand. They fit into a small space, connect to an existing compressed air line, and deliver nitrogen to a tank or directly to the process. Series flows range from 0.3 to 18.8 Nm³/h, and purity can reach 99.999% in suitable models. These are series values: flow and purity trade off against each other, so a high-purity unit delivers less flow.
Choosing the right unit
Define the purity your process needs, the flow at that purity, and the delivery pressure. Food packaging often needs less purity than electronics or laboratory work. We then select a model and size the air supply behind it.
What is not in the cabinet
The generator needs clean, dry compressed air. A compressor, dryer, filters and a storage vessel may be needed, and a purity analyzer or booster can be added for tighter control. We list these in the quote so you see what is included and what is not.
Applications
Food packaging to extend shelf life, laser cutting, heat treatment, electronics soldering, laboratory use and chemical blanketing all use nitrogen.
Support
Our team gives guidance on installation, adsorbent replacement and routine maintenance, and supplies spare filters.
What the quotation lists
Each project comes with a written scope, drawings or a specification, and a clear list of what is and is not included. Shipping, spare parts and installation are covered in the same document.
Choosing purity and flow
These compact generators make nitrogen from compressed air by pressure swing adsorption. The flow range for the series is 0.3 to 18.8 Nm³ per hour, with purity up to 99.999%. Purity and flow trade off: the higher the purity, the lower the flow from the same unit.
For food packing, 99% to 99.5% is usually enough. For laser cutting and electronics, 99.99% or more is common. Because purity needs more compressed air, the compressor and dryer size depends on it.
The unit is a compact cabinet. The compressor and pretreatment are quoted separately, so check what you already have. Compared with our medical oxygen system, which makes oxygen for patients at lower purity, this one targets industrial gas supply.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own air compressor?
The generator needs compressed air. If you do not have enough capacity, we can quote a compressor, dryer and filters with the unit.
Can I get high purity and high flow at the same time?
They compete: higher purity lowers the flow from a given unit. We size the unit for your required purity point.
How often is the sieve replaced?
Life depends on air quality and operating hours. Good filtration extends it, and we provide maintenance guidance with the unit.
Does it need a dryer?
Yes. Air must be clean and dry before it enters the towers. A compressor, dryer and filters are available as options.
