Cans are a different job from bottles: the container is light, the seam must be tight and the fill level is measured differently. This machine is sized for the two most common sizes, 250 ml and 330 ml, and covers any can between 200 ml and 500 ml with the right change parts.

What it can fill

The specification names beer, water, juice, carbonated drinks and energy drinks. Oil is also named, though most buyers fill drinks. Beer and carbonated products need counter-pressure filling and a seaming stage, and both are specified for the order.

Specification

The machine is automatic and electric, and the supply voltage is built to your site. The fill accuracy is stated as +/-3 mm of fill level, and the unit weighs about 2500 kg at 2500 x 1900 x 2300 mm. Line speed in cans per minute is set against your target output.

Can filler compared with our other fillers

This is an automatic filler and seamer for 250 and 330 ml aluminum cans within the 200–500 ml range. It is sold by can size and fill range, which is a good starting point if you know what you want in the can. Most of the machine design goes into the infeed, the valve and the seamer, and the filling valve must purge air before filling, especially for beer and carbonated drinks.
