Trailer-Mounted Concrete Mixer Pump, 40 m³/h
A concrete mixer and pump on one trailer. You load materials into the mixer drum and pump the concrete straight to the pour, which suits small jobs without a ready-mix supply.

Overview
Mixing and pumping in one machine
On a small site, buying ready-mix concrete and hiring a separate pump can cost more than the job warrants, and trucks may not reach the site. This machine puts a mixing drum and a concrete pump on one trailer chassis. Crews load cement, sand, aggregate and water into the drum; the mixed concrete drops into the pump hopper and is pushed through a pipeline to the pour.
Key figures
The theoretical maximum output is 40 m³/h. The mixer takes 0.56 m³ per batch of feed and discharges 0.45 m³ of concrete. The pump can reach up to 10 MPa. These are the rated limits of the machine, not what you get on every job. Real output depends on the mix, the aggregate size, the pipe length and height, and how quickly the crew loads the drum.
Power
We can build the machine with an electric motor or with a diesel engine. Choose electric where there is a stable site power supply, and diesel where there is none. Pick the version that matches the power available on your site.
Where it is used
Housing foundations, floor slabs, small bridges and any site where concrete must travel horizontally or up. Check the delivery distance and height; high pressure helps with long pipelines.
Wear parts
Pump pipes, rubber hoses and valves wear in service. We can supply a spare set with the machine.
Options to specify
- Power type, motor rating or engine
- Pipe length, diameter and clamps
- Maximum aggregate size
- Towing hitch and brake system for your country
Training and spare parts
A short operating guide covers loading, pumping and cleaning of the pipeline. After every pour the pipe must be flushed, or the concrete will set inside it, so train the crew on that step before first use.
Compared with a plain pump or a plain mixer
Most small sites choose between three machines: a mixer alone, a pump alone, or this combined unit. A mixer alone needs wheelbarrows or a separate pump to move concrete up or across. A pump alone needs ready-mix trucks or a batching plant nearby. This trailer unit sits between them: you feed cement, sand and stone into the drum and the pump places the result, so it fits sites with no ready-mix supply and a pour that is too high or too far for barrows. The trade-off is labor and rate. Someone must charge the drum steadily, and real hourly output depends on mix cycle, not on the pump figure alone. If you pour more than a few hundred cubic meters a day, a stationary pump with a batching plant is the better choice. For slabs, columns and small houses in remote areas, the combined trailer is usually the practical one.

Frequently asked questions
Is 40 m³/h what I will get on site?
It is the theoretical maximum. Real output depends on mix, pipe length and loading speed.
Electric or diesel?
Electric needs a stable supply on site. Diesel works anywhere. Choose by the power you have on site.
Can it pump through long pipes?
The 10 MPa rating helps, but distance and height depend on the mix and piping. A site layout with the pipe route and pour height lets us check it.
How many people does it need to run?
Typically a crew of three to five: one on the pump controls, one or two charging the drum with materials, and one on the pour.
