One machine to mix and move

On small jobs, a static mixer needs a separate wheelbarrow or dumper to move the batch. This machine combines both. A 300 L drum mixes the concrete, and the tracked chassis drives it to the pour point, where the drum tips out. The hydrostatic track drive gives smooth, controllable speed, which helps on loose soil and short ramps.

Size and weight

It weighs 750 kg. That is light enough to load on a small truck and to cross a lawn or yard without damage. It is the smallest of our mobile mixers. If you pour larger volumes, step up to our self-loading mixer trucks.

Engine and compliance

Rated power is 13.5 HP at 3,600 rpm, and the engine is stated as Euro 5 / EPA with CE listed. The drive and the mixer draw on one engine; the mixing power is listed as 7.5 kW. Compliance papers vary by country, so check what is required in your destination country.

Options and setup

Output depends on the mix design and on how fast you can feed the drum, so we do not quote an hourly figure here. Color and options are made to your request. The pour volume on a typical day and the width of your narrowest passage decide whether this size is right.

How it compares with the 442 L and 350–500 L track mixers

Our tracked mixer group has three machines of different scope. This 300 L model is the lightest and the only walk-behind style: it fits through small gates and can be lifted onto a pickup, and its 750 kg weight keeps handling simple. The 442 L unit is heavier at 1,310 kg and loads itself, so it suits small crews that want fewer people on the job. The 350–500 L family covers a range of drum sizes for larger pours. Choose the 300 L model when access is the main problem and batches are small. Be realistic about output: small drums make many trips, and a crew placing concrete faster than the machine can supply will wait. If your pour rate is high, pick a larger drum or a second machine. Engine, emission level and start method can be matched to your market.
