Length, axle, layout and equipment are set per order. That is a strength if you are a brand, a rental business or a mobile retailer who needs an exact specification.

Uses beyond camping

Uses include shops, offices, trailer camps and apartments. An aluminium shell is light, resists rust and can be fitted with windows, a serving hatch, a desk or sleeping berths. For a mobile shop, the counter length, power sockets and branding go into the layout drawing.

Because the specification is open, a simple brief is the quickest way to start:

• What the trailer is for and how many people use it
• Tow vehicle and local towing rules
• Required equipment (kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, counters)

From brief to drawing

Dimensions, weight, axle and brake type, insulation, power system, color, branding and graphics follow the brief, and a drawing and specification are prepared for approval before building. OEM projects go faster with reference images and a rough budget; photos and measurements of an existing trailer you like show what can be matched and what could change for better weight and sealing.

Unlike our fixed models, this European-style aluminum trailer starts from your drawing. The 5000 mm travel trailer, the teardrop and the hybrid are set designs. This one is a body and chassis design that we build to your length, layout and equipment, which makes it the choice for brands and operators who need their own product.

Most requests fall into three groups. Some buyers want a camping trailer under their own label. Others want a mobile shop, such as a coffee, food or retail unit, where the body gets a serving hatch and counters. A third group builds trailer camps and rental apartments, ordering many identical units. Send a sketch, floor plan or photos, along with the tow vehicle, target weight and climate. A layout, weight estimate and options come back for approval before building. Plan the electrical supply and water needs for your use, since a mobile shop needs far more power than a sleeping trailer.
