Overview

A utility vehicle, not just a blower

This machine is a four-wheel-drive vehicle that carries a blower head at the front and a bucket at the rear. The full-gear transmission transfers power to all four wheels, so it keeps moving in slush and on slopes where a two-wheel-drive machine stalls.

Weights and size

The vehicle weighs 920 kg, and the blower head adds 186 kg. It measures 345 x 170 x 210 cm. The size makes it a proper road-clearing machine: it needs a driver, a small garage and a trailer or truck for transport.

Blower head

The head lifts by 300 mm and angles 15°, which helps with uneven road surfaces and curbs. A three-stage self-swinging output spreads the thrown snow evenly, so it does not pile up beside the machine. Operators steer with a steering wheel and start with an electric starter.

Rear bucket

A bucket 95 x 100 x 25 cm sits at the back, for grit, salt or small loads. This makes it useful all year: remove the blower in the warm season and use the vehicle for light utility work.

Fuel

The specification gives a 20 L fuel tank and a 15 L diesel tank, with consumption of 3.5 L/h. These figures do not match, so the fuel type and tank layout are fixed in the quotation.

Build options

  • Fuel type (gasoline or diesel)
  • Tires for ice or slush
  • Cab or open seat
  • Attachments: blower head, bucket or brush
  • Road lighting requirements

We ship the vehicle with the head removed to save space in a container.

Compared with our other snow machines

This is the largest snow vehicle in our range that uses a blower, and the only one that combines a ride-on 4WD with both a blower head and a rear bucket. At 920 kg for the vehicle and 186 kg for the head, it is a small utility vehicle for yards, resort roads, school campuses and industrial parks where a walk-behind machine is too slow.

The 25 HP roller-brush sweeper (MM-SSG25F) brushes surfaces clean but does not throw deep snow. The remote mini blower (MM-SBR56F) and tracked remote blower (MM-STB11F) are better for slopes, steps and small areas where an operator should stay away from the machine. The brush attachment (MM-BSAF) suits owners of tractors.

Choose this vehicle for large areas with deep snow, mixed hauling jobs and operators who will ride. Snow depth, area per shift and whether you plan to carry salt or sand in the bucket are the deciding factors.
