Overview

A sweeper rather than a blower

This machine clears snow with a rotating roller brush, 140 cm wide, instead of throwing it with an auger. A brush works well on light and medium snowfall and leaves a clean surface, which suits pavements, car parks and paved squares where you want the surface bare after one pass.

Power and drive

A 25 HP two-cylinder gasoline engine of 739 cc turns the brush and moves the vehicle. The brush rotates at 360 rpm. A 15 L fuel tank and a 12 V, 100 Ah battery supply starting and the lights. The ride is on a 130 cm wheelbase, which gives stable handling on slopes and uneven ground, so it is described as all-terrain.

Operation

The machine is designed for one-button operation, so the driver can start the brush and drive without a long checklist. Six turn signals are listed, which helps if you drive it on public roads between jobs. The color can be set to your fleet or your municipality.

Brush material (nylon or mixed), tires, and whether the cab is open depend on climate and surface. Road registration depends on local rules, so check them with your authority.

How to choose between our snow machines

This sweeper is for brushing snow off hard surfaces, not moving deep drifts. It is the right tool for light to moderate falls on pavement, airports, paths and station platforms, where a roller brush leaves a clean surface that a blower or blade does not. It covers a wide strip quickly and is better where snow is shallow and the area is large.

If the snow is deep, packed and heavy, the ride-on 4WD with blower head (MM-RSS4F) throws it off the site. The tracked remote blower (MM-STB11F) throws snow far, deals with deeper drifts and moves 30 to 500 mm of snow, which suits steep or hard-to-reach areas where you do not want to ride. For driveways and walkways, the small remote blower (MM-SBR56F) is a better match. If you already own a tractor or loader, the brush attachment (MM-BSAF) saves buying a second engine.

Choose this machine when you need a dedicated vehicle with a built-in 140 cm brush and a 6-signal lighting package for road use. Usual snowfall depth, surface and area per shift decide the choice.
