Comfort and simplicity

This is a 4×4 dumper with an automatic gearbox and an air-conditioned cabin. Both matter in hot climates: the cabin keeps the operator alert through a full shift, and the automatic drive means a new driver needs less training. It suits contractors in the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia, where midday heat cuts productivity.

Size and capacity

The machine is 4,250 mm long, 1,950 mm wide and 2,300 mm high, with a weight of 3,200 kg and a 2 m³ bucket. It sits between the 25 HP mini wheel dumper and our 6 t forward-tilt dumper. It belongs to the 5 t class; the exact rated load and engine power are given in the quotation.

Loader function

It has a loader, so the machine can pick up material as well as carry it. The loader arrangement, bucket tilt and discharge height are matched to your material. For self-loading from a pile, the pile height decides the reach needed.

Options and road use

Paint color, lights, tire type and cabin options are agreed before build. For use on public roads, legal fittings may be required.

Cab comfort versus load capacity

This is the dumper in our range built with the operator in mind: an air-conditioned cab and an automatic gearbox make long shifts in hot climates easier, and a loader lets it fill itself from a pile. That choice adds cost and weight compared with our open dumpers such as the 6–8 ton diesel model. Its 2 m³ bucket and 3,200 kg weight put it above the 25 HP mini loader and below the 6 ton forward-tilt dumper. Choose this machine when operator comfort and a single machine to load and haul matter more than the lowest price. If your site is dusty, hot or cold, the sealed cab pays back in productivity. Keep the cab filter clean and the air conditioner serviced, since dust shortens the life of both.
